Morgan Durfee is a Marketing Director at TribalVision’s Boston headquarters. Having been with TribalVision since its inception in 2010, Morgan has developed a strong expertise in multiple facets of marketing ranging from media buying to strategic annual planning for both B2B and B2C clients. Morgan has advised clients in a myriad of industries including industrial engineering, software, security, management consulting, and automotive.

Over the past decade, Morgan has fully immersed herself in TribalVision’s client businesses by developing sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns that include a mix of creative, digital, social, and traditional strategies to accelerate top-line growth. For TribalVision’s enterprise level clients, Morgan has led the deployment of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets for which she has driven significant ROI. Her commitment to driving results are coupled with a passion for developing meaningful, lasting relationships with the clients she serves.

In addition to her client focus, Morgan manages TribalVision’s staffing and resourcing functions to ensure each engagement TribalVision takes on has the appropriate team in place to deliver optimal results.

Prior to joining TribalVision, Morgan obtained her BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Bryant University. She also founded Inspire Green (PURO), a company that provided environmentally focused filtered water bottles to individuals and corporations. Her company secured initial funding after winning both the Babson College Thoughts to Action and Rhode Island Business Plan competitions. She is also an avid volunteer at ‘A Bed for Every Child,’ a Massachusetts coalition mobilizing resources to tackle homelessness.
