As the Controller of TribalVision, Nancy brings a tremendous breadth of experience with over 25 years in finance, accounting and auditing. Following in her father’s footsteps, Nancy started her career in public accounting. She worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers for nine years and rose to the rank of Senior Audit Manager.
Since then, Nancy has worked for both private and public companies, and most recently was the Controller at Walden Behavioral Care, a privately-held behavioral healthcare company. While at Walden, Nancy improved the overall Finance function by building and training a team, enhancing controls, streamlining processes and ultimately implementing a new Accounting system.
Nancy considers her co-workers to be her customers. She derives satisfaction from making their lives easier by simplifying finance processes so they can concentrate on client service.
Nancy freely admits that she enjoyed taking and passing the CPA exam, but insists she is not a typical CPA. She has a creative side and likes to decorate cakes and frequents Broadway shows. She is also a diehard Red Sox fan.
Nancy holds an MBA from Babson College, and a BSBA from Boston University.
