TribalVision Presenting at the International Business Marketing Workshop Series Hosted by RIEDC, RISBDC and the Chafee Center

PROVIDENCE, RI – APRIL 2, 2012
On May 31st, the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center (RISBDC), the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC), and the John H. Chafee Center will host a workshop series concerning “Marketing for International Business.” TribalVision, an outsourced marketing firm based in Rhode Island, will present the workshop on “Social Media Marketing for International Trade” for business owners looking to capture new business on a global stage.

“Social media is becoming increasingly critical in today’s business environment,” said Sixcia Devine, Regional Director at RISBDC. “Through this workshop, we want to provide useful resources to Rhode Island’s business community so that business owners can best leverage social media marketing when addressing international markets.”

Chris Ciunci, founder and CEO of TribalVision, will present the “Social Media Marketing for International Trade” workshop. He will focus on concrete social media strategies, LinkedIn in particular, for Rhode Island based companies involved in selling their goods and services to a global audience.

“We want to give business owners the practical tools necessary to plan and successfully implement their global operations,” explains Ciunci. “Whether global expansion is already a reality or simply a consideration, LinkedIn is an essential tool that can aid business owners and employees in building a professional, personal online brand that can strengthen trust, credibility and – ultimately – sales conversions.”
