TribalVision Welcomes Three New Hires to its Growing Belgium Office

Belgium, Brussels- August 2013

TribalVision recently hired and is proud to welcome three new marketing specialists – Caroline Lambin, Catherine Licata, and Elizabeth Garland – to support its growing European client base.

Caroline was hired as Marketing Manager as of the 1st of August. After her study as management engineer at the University of Louvain, she directly began her career in her field of predilection: marketing. She worked for nearly 8 years as a Project Manager in a marketing and communications agency in Belgium. She managed many different projects: coordination of large-scale national & international events for the public sector, support to entrepreneurs launching their new business, development of marketing strategies for SMEs, quantitative and qualitative market research. During her experience, Caroline was exposed to all aspects of marketing and gathered a solid experience.
Eager to keep on supporting businesses in the long run and motivated by the challenge to participate in the development of a dynamic and ambitious company, Caroline decided to join TribalVision.

Catherine was hired as Marketing Consultant as of June. After studying law and working in a law practice for several years, she decided to explore new fields and went back to class to study management. She then had the opportunity to work in Italy as Trade Marketing Specialist for Sutter Industries, a company producing household cleaning products. She was in charge of the sales promotion, sales analysis and forecasting but also coordinated the local salesmen. After a one-year break to travel the world, she moved back to Belgium and started a new challenge with TribalVision.

Elizabeth was hired as a Marketing Associate as of July 1st. She will be working out of the Cambridge, MA office until the New York City office is open. As a recent graduate from Dartmouth College, Elizabeth is eager to absorb all of the knowledge and skills that working at TribalVision will provide. She has had two internships prior to starting at TribalVision – one at a start-up neuro-marketing firm and the other at a public relations firm. Elizabeth’s past experiences have helped her develop the skills necessary to start a promising career in marketing as part of the TV team. She is excited to have joined and to be a part of the TribalVision Belgium team during such an exciting time of growth and expansion for the company.
