Rahul is a mission-driven leader with experience in building organizations and leadership teams with more focus, more growth and more enjoyment. He brings extensive experience working effectively in high-growth environments to set a clear vision and strategy and build strong systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to sustainably scale businesses to their maximum potential. He brings a highly client-focused mindset and makes it a core part of the company’s goals and values.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Rahul was a founding member of a start-up investment banking advisory services firm, GCA, and grew it to be the largest global investment bank dedicated to serving companies that are transforming the world’s energy, industrial and resources infrastructure. He helped establish the firm’s New York office and, in 2010, relocated to help lead the firm’s global expansion into Europe with its first international office in Zürich, Switzerland. He also spearheaded the firm’s entry into Asia. In 2013, Rahul relocated to San Francisco to help the firm with its West Coast expansion. GCA sold to Nomura in December 2019.
Rahul has been recognized for being a culture carrier and creating an emphasis not only on the bottom line and market share, but also on improving the lives and communities associated with organizations in which he has been involved.
Rahul holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S in Economics and Finance from Georgetown University. He is actively involved with the March of Dimes, a global nonprofit with a mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, infant mortality and prematurity and serves on its Board.

As a Partner at TribalVision, Damien is called on daily to help address and solve the complex issues encountered by TribalVision’s valued clients and team members. His responsibilities include the conception of concise, clear strategies for lead generation and revenue growth, expert counsel for clients during those inevitable gut-check moments, allocation of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, and leadership of TribalVision’s 65+ team of seasoned marketers as the firm’s client services lead.
Prior to launching TribalVision, Damien began his career doing intensive database work and advanced marketing analytics for a nationally recognized financial institution — overseeing the tactical deployment of a multi-million-dollar marketing budget. In his next role as the Head of Online Marketing for one of the nation’s largest home remodelers, Damien built direct-response lead generation campaigns with an innovative mix of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels.
An active member of the business community, Damien was selected as one of the “40 Under Forty” by the Providence Business News, a listing of young professionals who are making a difference on a local, national, or international scale. One of the region’s bona fide gurus in digital and social media technology, Damien is frequently invited by forward-thinking companies and CEOs to share his perspectives on topics such as Amazon, marketing automation, digital ad trends, and campaigns that drive leads in the real world.
Damien holds a B.S in Business Administration from Bryant University and earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. He is an active member of the local community. He supports local charities such as The ASPCA, The Nature Conservancy, and Plan International. The most enjoyable part of his job is seeing his ideas applied to the market generate revenue for clients that were unrealized prior.

At TribalVision, Shaina is tasked with overseeing the Project Management, Production, and Operations teams, responsible for setting the foundation for every client engagement, and stewarding deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Her team manages resourcing, scoping, and staffing across the organization, ensuring that team members are focused in their work, and driving the best results for clients.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Shaina managed digital media operations at Trilia Media (a brand within Hill Holliday) in Boston, responsible for Trilia’s digital media activation and financial processes, including management of all resourcing and scoping across media engagements.

Scott’s career has been marked by a series of high-profile leadership positions. As Chief Operating Officer at Mittcom, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the agency, as well as business development initiatives and management of major accounts. Among these was Global Partners’ convenience store chains with over 450 locations throughout the Northeast and the global toy manufacturer, PlayMonster.
Prior to his work at Mittcom, Scott served as Vice President of Marketing for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing brand marketing, advertising, promotion and social media marketing for the global sports entertainment company, which reaches over 300 million fans worldwide. He played a key role in the launch of the WWE Network and marketing all tentpole events including Wrestlemania.
Before joining WWE, Scott served as Vice President of Global Marketing for National Amusements, the parent company of CBS and Viacom. In this role, he managed all marketing responsibilities for the company’s domestic and international theater operations, as well as non-theater music, entertainment and food and beverage properties.
Earlier in his career, Scott led the domestic and international marketing initiatives for the Hard Rock Café, International. In this capacity, he helped to re-establish the brand throughout Canada, South America and South Africa.
Scott’s extensive experience and impressive track record have made him a sought-after executive in his field. He is widely respected for his strategic vision, creative thinking, and ability to deliver results in highly competitive markets.

Since then, Nancy has worked for both private and public companies, and most recently was the Controller at Walden Behavioral Care, a privately-held behavioral healthcare company. While at Walden, Nancy improved the overall Finance function by building and training a team, enhancing controls, streamlining processes and ultimately implementing a new Accounting system.
Nancy considers her co-workers to be her customers. She derives satisfaction from making their lives easier by simplifying finance processes so they can concentrate on client service.
Nancy freely admits that she enjoyed taking and passing the CPA exam, but insists she is not a typical CPA. She has a creative side and likes to decorate cakes and frequents Broadway shows. She is also a diehard Red Sox fan.
Nancy holds an MBA from Babson College, and a BSBA from Boston University.

Diana holds a BFA from Emerson College in Writing, Literature, and Publishing, with a Minor in Marketing Communications, where she sat on the executive board of Undergraduate Students for Publishing. These days, in her work with TribalVision, she specializes in marketing automation, website development, paid digital strategy, content creation, and brand messaging, bringing her strong writing background and keen editorial eye to bear for TribalVision’s diverse array of clients. Matt has worked to develop tailored solutions for clients covering a wide range of industries including commercial construction, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, education, and client services. Using an approach grounded in relationship building and teamwork, Matt has led many teams in strategy development and implementing tactics, resulting in some of TribalVision’s longest-standing client engagements.

At TribalVision, Christina helps lead the Project Management department by supporting the team in resourcing, scoping, and planning work for client engagements. She works closely with the Client Services, Production, and Resource Management teams to devise strategies and onboard new clients to the agency. Alongside the rest of the leadership team, she is responsible for establishing departmental and agency-wide best practices.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Christina was the Associate Director of Ad Operations and Technology at Trilia Media (a Hill Holliday company). There, she worked directly with clients to define and implement crucial tracking setups for campaign performance and reporting, trained internal and offshore teams on the media activation processes, and integrated new tools and technologies into the agency workflow.

As the Digital Marketing Director, Randi works with her team of specialists to deliver comprehensive strategies and timely results to our clients. Her goals are not only to help grow TribalVision’s array of clients, but to also foster a collaborative and passionate environment for her team.
Before her tenure at TribalVision, Randi was the Director of Digital Delivery at an agency outside of Boston. There, she helped her team create strategies for their clients, as well as execute on those strategies and continuously manage and optimize those accounts to achieve the best possible results. Randi graduated from Westfield State University in 2008 with a BS in Communications with a focus on Corporate Communications.

As a Paid Digital Media Director at TribalVision, Abby oversees a team of specialists and ensures that all client deliverables are completed on time and according to channel best practices. She also serves as a strategist on client accounts, focusing on delivering results for her clients by building and implementing channel strategies that align with their marketing goals and budget.
Prior to joining TribalVision, Abby was the Director of the PPC team at an agency in NH where she was leading the development and execution of the paid advertising strategies across all of the agency’s high-priority accounts. Additionally, she was focused on growing and mentoring direct reports, ensuring their success within the organization. Abby received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from the University of New Hampshire in 2012.

Alethea holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. In 2019 Alethea became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by demonstrating her mastery of HR proficiency standards as defined by the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge. Prior to TribalVision, Alethea worked in corporate communications and public relations for multinational gaming company IGT (formerly GTECH S.p.A.).
Alethea is passionate about creating lasting and meaningful relationships, maintaining TribalVision’s familial and team-first culture, providing HR guidance in all aspects of the business, and supporting the firm’s greatest asset – our people.

Before his time with TribalVision Rob worked in marketing in both the technology and education industries, focusing on social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization.
Rob earned his MA in History from San Francisco State University with a focus on Ancient Roman and Jewish History. He is an avid music listener, vinyl collector, concertgoer, musician, and DJ. He also loves spin classes, swimming, mixology, and travel. Most recently he has taken up sailing, which he hopes to be a new life-long hobby.
Today, Chris is na active member on TribalVision’s advisory board. The author of two books – Market Smarter and Marketing in the Trenches, Chris has built a reputation as a marketing thought leader on a national stage. Chris enjoys sharing his marketing knowledge and lead generation expertise through a myriad of events, webinars, podcasts and on-site training. Chris also serves as a guest columnist for multiple business publications.
Prior to founding TribalVison, Chris led the marketing efforts of Home Loan Investment Bank, a Federal Savings Bank with a commercial and residential lending footprint nationwide. During his tenure, Chris was responsible for the allocation, implementation and management of the Bank’s ~$10MM marketing budget and overall P&L.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Swarthmore College and an MBA with a marketing concentration from the Yale School of Management. Chris is a Small Business Association Person of the Year and SmartCEO Future 50 winner.
Following Marketo, Stephen served as the Director of Strategic Accounts for Engagio, the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform. Stephen helped launch and solidify Engagio’s sales efforts as its first sales hire and went on to manage its Customer Success team to drive significant retention and adoption improvements. Engagio was later acquired by Demandbase.
Most recently Stephen joined Iterable, a leading B2C marketing automation software company, to serve as its Manager of Emerging Sales.
Stephen began his career in investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Greentech Capital Advisors (acquired by Nomura).
Previously, Chris was President/CEO of Group A Autosports, one of the leading automotive aftermarket companies focused on the import car sector. Under his leadership, Group A more than doubled in revenue. Prior to Group A, Chris was part of Time Warner’s / AOL’s restructuring team and was an instrumental member of the Member Services business unit. Under Chris’ leadership, more than $1B of value was created for the enterprise while concurrently serving more than 30MM consumers. Chris was also the co-founder and CEO of motoreyes, a venture capital funded automotive software company that was acquired by OnStation Corp. in 2000. Chris served as VP of Client Services at OnStation, an enterprise software company backed by investors including Goldman Sachs, Lightspeed Venture and NEA.
Chris began his career in the automotive and management consulting industries. Chris was a software engineer at Ford Motor Company and part of the team that developed hybrid electronics (printed circuit boards) and the first anti-lock brake system for Ford. Afterwards, Chris joined Price Waterhouse as a Principal and was part of High Tech Supply Chain practice, helping companies such as IBM, AST, HP, Dell, and others deploy new business units and distribution models.
Chris holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. Chris is married with one daughter and an active tennis player, former professional race car driver, and automotive enthusiast. Chris is also Chairman of the Canaan Cares Foundation and actively involved in research and philanthropic endeavors focused on degenerative neurological disorders.
Crossmedia is an independent, data driven, creative and media planning and buying agency with offices in Germany, U.K and multiple locations in the USA. Medha was a part of the two person team that set up the analytics practice at Crossmedia in 2012. Today, it’s a team of 25+ analysts, data scientists, business intelligence and visualization specialists and engineers. Medha’s recent work at Crossmedia involved creating the roadmap for the Redbox team, laying the vision for talent and team management and development, reducing attrition, building processes for smooth flow of work, standardizing client deliverables to manage scale, pricing of services and driving adoption of analytics among existing and new clients.
In other previous roles, Medha has managed sales for national key accounts for Coca Cola India, where she was recognized among the Top 25 women leaders across India. Following that, she spent a few years as brand manager launching new products, managing operations, P&L, sales and profitability, marketing budget management, research and advertising. Medha was a part of the executive leadership team at Marketshare Neustar for 5 years before joining XM again. She led client delivery teams for clients like Bose, Kohl’s, Lowes, Marriott, Tracfone.Her work included true ROI measurement and advanced analytics (MMM, MTA) for clients, helping them develop their media and marketing strategy, portfolio management, media testing, media mix and KPI measurement, target audience profiling, consumer insights, CRM planning, competitive understanding, budget allocation across portfolio of brands, holistic measurement and attribution.
Steven has held over 20 board or advisory board member positions, including General Nutrition Centers, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, Snapple, NextView Ventures and Nuveen/Churchill BDC, as well as numerous non-profit boards.
His interests are in the areas of search acquisitions, manufacturing, operations, B2B niche marketing, pricing, leadership, large/small company differences, ethics, exit strategies, and employee empowerment. As an investor, he has active ownership positions in around four dozen entrepreneurial companies.
Alex began his career in Search Funds in 2003, when he embarked on a self-funded search where he successfully acquired Resource Directory Group (“RDG”), one of California’s leading healthcare publishing companies. Under his leadership, RDG doubled in size before being acquired by James Publishing and returning 9x his original investment. Alex was also the co-founder and CFO of motoreyes, a venture capital funded automotive software company that was acquired by OnStation Corp. (Cobalt Group) in 2000. Alex served as VP of Corporate Development at OnStation, an enterprise software company backed by investors including Goldman Sachs, Lightspeed Venture and NEA. At OnStation, Alex headed the Client Services group that managed clients including AAA, Mitchell 1, and NAPA.
Alex began his career in the investment banking and private equity industries. Alex has helped advise and invest in various high-tech start-up ventures through his work experience at Intel Capital, AIG Investment Corp., and JP Morgan Chase.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA where he was a Venture Development Program Fellow.
Alex currently serves on the Board of Directors for 280 Group, Prove Partners, RedCat Systems, Wave Crest Capital Finance, and on the Board of Advisors for Charollais Capital and NWCC. Alex also volunteers as a SCORE/SBA mentor helping to advise entrepreneurs in the Southern California area.
