A partner and Co-Founder at TribalVision, Younes is using his extensive background in international commerce and expansion strategies to help our clients grow. His guidance is focused on four core activities: definition of business expansion opportunities, development of go-to-market strategies, creation and execution of strategic plans, and the evaluation and monitoring of on-the-ground performance.
A former captain in the Belgian Air Force, Younes began his postgraduate career at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm that serves as an advisor to the world’s leading businesses, governments, and institutions. At McKinsey, his consulting areas included marketing, operations, organization and strategy — while serving clients in genres such as IT, retail, the public sector, chemicals, insurance, telecom and the steel industry.
