TribalVision Named One of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island

PROVIDENCE, RI – JUNE 12, 2013

TribalVision is delighted to announce that it has been named by Providence Business News as one of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island for 2013.

TribalVision was asked to complete a 2-part survey in order to be considered for this award.  Part one evaluated the company’s workplace policies, practices, processes, philosophy, and systems.  Part two consisted of a thirty minute survey in which employees rated their job satisfaction and engagement in areas including office culture, professional development, training and management.   An outside 3rd party organization that specializes in administering workplace surveys administered and compiled the results.

Chris Ciunci, TribalVision’s Founder and CEO, commented, “We have a great team of professionals working with us at TribalVision and a tight team-first culture that is undeniable. We live by the motto ‘clients first,’ and that starts with an internal team that is motivated and content.” TribalVision’s Vice President and Director of Client Services, Damien Cabral, agrees: “We always say to clients that they have three tribes that they continuously have to please – their client tribe, their partner tribe, and their internal tribe.  This award recognizes that we practice what we preach and that the most powerful marketing that a company can do is to ensure that its own tribe is happy, fulfilled and passionate about making a difference. Without this foundation, all other marketing efforts will be futile.”

TribalVision is proud to be in the company of other highly esteemed organizations who have been honored with this title, such as Banneker Industries, Hinkley Allen & Snyder LLP, Kahn Litwin Renza & Co. Ltd., People’s Credit Union and Washington Trust Co.

TribalVision Presents at PBN Marketing Summit for Second Consecutive Year

Providence, Rhode Island – February 25, 2013

TribalVision, an outsourced marketing department for hire located in the U.S. and Belgium, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Providence Business News as a presenter for the second consecutive year at the publication’s Summit on Social Media and Marketing. The event is being held on Wednesday, February 27th at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Providence Business News editor Mark Murphy will once again monitor the sessions. Panelists include: Ryan Bonifacino, VP Digital Strategy, Alex and Ani; Corissa St. Laurent, Constant Contact; Brian Lamoureux, Partner, Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West, and Chris Ciunci, Founder and CEO of TribalVision.

The Summit will feature two panels, “Social Media and Integrated Marketing: The Hype, Reality, and the Future” followed by “ ‘Big Data’ and Mobility.” The panels will focus on how to translate a social media presence into leads and sales; how to strategically choose the right online platforms; how to leverage data to improve marketing; and top tips to be smart marketers this year. Chris Ciunci will lead the panels and focus on practical techniques businesses can utilize to market more efficiently and intelligently.

TribalVision is excited to build on the foundation of last year’s panel discussions. “I’m honored to serve on the panel again and continue the conversation on e-marketing and strategy with the Rhode Island business community. While there are certainly exciting things happening in the social media space, business owners also need to realize that social media is one of many channels that they need to be focusing their attention on,” said Chris. “What we’ve learned in the trenches working with our clients is that allocating time and resources solely to social media is a losing lead generation strategy. Rather, it should be viewed as one of many channels that exist and should be invested in accordingly. I look forward to addressing this at the upcoming summit and helping the audience come away with several key takeaways that they can begin implementing right away.”

About the PBN Social Media & Marketing Summit

The summit will take place at the Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick on Wednesday, Feb. 27th. Tickets are $50, tables for ten are $500, and seating is limited. For more information about the Summit, please contact Nancy Adeszko at 401-680-4818.

Wikipedia Cites TribalVision As An Outsourced Marketing Authority

Providence, RI- December 28th, 2012

TribalVision was recently selected by online authority Wikipedia as one of only two companies in the United States that fulfill the requirements of an outsourced marketing firm.

The Wikipedia article reads, “Outsource marketing is the art of handing over the entire marketing demands of a company to a third party.”  Benefits of outsource marketing include access to higher quality talent, lower overhead costs, and avoidance of expensive consultants.  According to Wikipedia, outsource marketing is advantageous in a volatile economy because it offers the ability to increase or decrease marketing efforts based on the company’s financial situation.   TribalVision recognized these benefits and was founded in 2010 by Chris Ciunci with the goal of becoming an objective, strategic marketing partner for companies seeking an alternative to building out internal marketing departments or working with commission-based advertising agencies.

Upon hearing of Wikipedia’s reference of TribalVision in its definition of the term ‘Outsource Marketing’, founder Chris Ciunci stated, “I am honored and excited to learn that an authority as credible and as selective as Wikipedia has cited TribalVision as a company that best embodies the practice of outsourced marketing. We are one of the first movers in the country as an outsourced marketing department for hire, and to be recognized by Wikipedia energizes us even further to continue to strengthen and refine our unique marketing model.”

TribalVision Partner and Director of Client Services Damien Cabral explains the benefits the TribalVision model provides to business owners. He states, “For the same amount of money a company would pay to hire one mid-level  in-house marketing employee, TribalVision provides a breadth of knowledge, a level of experience, and a depth of resources that is difficult to match. Our marketing team consists of strategists, marketing managers and analysts – all working together to manage a client’s account. This team based approach that leverages many talents and skill sets in unison is a real advantage over a single mid-level hire.”

TribalVision Named One of Rhode Island’s Largest Marketing Firms by Providence Business News

Providence, RI- December 21st, 2012

TribalVision was recognized this week by Providence Business News (PBN) as one of the largest marketing firms (based on head count) in Rhode Island. With sixteen employees and growing within its short two year history, TribalVision is quickly building a name for itself in the Providence and Southern New England marketplace. Founded in 2010 by Chris Ciunci to meet a growing need in the business community for an objective, strategic marketing partner, TribalVision has emerged as a viable alternative to the existing commission-based advertising agency model.

As Ciunci states, “I am thrilled to know that what started as an idea to shake up the existing advertising model two short years ago has been validated by the numerous clients we are proud to work side by side with every day. Whether it’s a well-known Rhode Island company with 1,000+ employees to a B2B jewelry manufacturer, to a weight loss company with ties to Harvard University, our interests-aligned fee-based model that emphasizes strategy before tactics has resonated and produced results across all industries.”

TribalVision continues to attract new clients from a range of industries from software development to retail to medical logistics.  The company’s success comes from a new approach to marketing that emphasizes the creation of an objective strategic plan followed by the implementation of specific, metrics-driven tactics with razor sharp attention to detail.  This new approach, coupled with a head down work ethic and client centric mindset, has helped catapult TribalVision into the position Providence Business News has recognized it for today.

As VP of Client Services Damien Cabral states, “Our job is to work as hard and as smart as we can to produce results for our clients.  We are not the ‘Big Idea’ guys that most companies are expecting from a marketing firm. Rather, we are marketing strategists who are obsessed with helping companies go from Point A to Point B. If that involves great creative, then we will pull in that resource from our partner network. But oftentimes it involves so much more than good creative. It involves sound strategy that – while not sexy – is the key to increased profits and market share gains for our clients.”

With its client list extending North of the Rhode Island border, TribalVision recently expanded its footprint to Cambridge, Massachusetts to cater to its MA/NH client base as well as attract young talent out of Boston-based feeder schools such as Harvard and M.I.T.
