TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci to Lead Marketing and Sales Workshop with Sandler Training

BRAINTREE, MA

TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci is partnering with Sandler Training to offer a “Power of 2” workshop. The free workshop will illuminate sales and marketing strategies primed for top-line growth, with Chris Ciunci discussing marketing strategies and Sandler Training Boston President and CEO Greg Nanigian focusing on sales conversions. The event will be held on Wednesday, May 18th from 8:30-11 am at Sandler Training’s facility in Braintree, MA.

The partnership between Sandler Training and TribalVision offers an ideal combination to help attendees achieve their desired top-line growth. Chris will first discuss proven marketing tactics for lead generation, such as developing a marketing strategy, building out marketing assets, leveraging the latest digital techniques, and implementing the right metrics to measure success. Greg will continue the conversation by training the attendees on how to foster and close those marketing-generated leads by following Sandler’s seven-step systematic approach.

“The Power of 2” workshop is built around the tenet that generating new business and increasing top-line growth are more effective when marketing and sales work together. As Chris commented, “I am excited to join forces with Greg because organizations need capable teams, strategies, and tactics in place for both marketing and sales in order to grow. This workshop will demonstrate both how to bring in leads and how to convert them, so it should be very worthwhile for those in attendance. ”

Greg echoed Chris’ sentiment: “In order to be a great salesperson, you need a healthy lead flow to work with. The addition of Chris to this workshop will make it more impactful by giving attendees proven marketing strategies that they can leverage so that the sales techniques I discuss will be that much more impactful.”

Sandler Training is renowned for its world class sales training, and TribalVision’s inclusion in the upcoming workshop makes Sandler’s offering even stronger. Polaris and TribalVision Provide first Market Smarter for Manufacturers Workshop Series to Rhode Island

WARWICK, RHODE ISLAND

TribalVision Managing Director Chris Ciunci will be leading a four-part Market Smarter workshop series with Polaris Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Polaris MEP). The workshop series will be held at Polaris MEP’s Providence headquarters every Thursday morning between 8-10AM in the month of May and is designed specifically for manufacturers to equip them with the marketing tool kit needed to compete and grow on the local and global stage.

The workshop series will bring manufacturers through a marketing journey that begins with the changing role of marketing and ends with more granular tactical initiatives that manufacturers should be leveraging for long-term success. Additional topics will include the building of a strategic marketing plan, and the leveraging of cost-effective tools that every manufacturer should know. Spanning a spectrum of marketing topics, the workshop series promises to be both informative and actionable for Rhode Island manufacturers.

Chris Ciunci commented on the series, stating, “Manufacturers often sell to such a niche audience that many I speak with feel that marketing is an ineffective, impractical activity to grow their business. My goal is for every attendee to walk away with a changed mindset and a more positive, clear outlook regarding the ways marketing can help them achieve their growth objectives.” Chris also described how excited he was to be able to work with the manufacturing community in his home state of Rhode Island.

Moderated by Mike Maak of NorthEast Business Advisors, LLC, the night’s discussion focused on a Q&A with Chris and four other panelists after an hour of networking. Other panelists included John Brough of DiSanto Priest & Co, Debra Drapalla of Webster Bank, Travis Drouin of Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, LL, and Brand Martin of Morris Mahoney LLP.

He also shared numerous practical marketing channels and tactics in hopes of giving all attendees actionable takeaways to be implemented immediately. These tips were particularly popular with attendees. As one small business owner commented, “I really felt like the channels that Chris described are ones I should be considering, even though I had never thought about marketing in that way before.”

TribalVision Managing Director Chris Ciunci Partnering With The Chafee Center For International Business to Conduct Global Marketing Workshop

PROVIDENCE, RI –

TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci will be presenting a two-hour workshop, Marketing to the World in the Digital Age, in partnership with Bryant University’s The John H. Chafee Center for International Business. Hosted in Bryant University’s Fisher Center, the workshop will run from 8:30-10:30 am on Thursday, March 24th and will help Rhode Island businesses take their sales efforts to the global stage through impactful digital marketing strategies.

Today, marketing on the global stage is more important than ever for exporters. Unprecedented levels of global competition make it difficult to connect with prospects and customers in a meaningful way – and a lack of connection spells failure in today’s oversaturated markets. In order to find and engage businesses in the global market, exporters must now invest in both smart marketing and the innovative digital marketing tools that fuel it.

During the seminar, participants will learn to build a strategic media plan, deploy digital tools to best position their brand and products/services, and use metrics to track success. As TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci states, “My goal for this workshop is that every company leaves with a clear understanding of what it takes to develop and implement a strategic roadmap to market across borders. The best way that exporters can increase their global visibility and market outreach is through improving their marketing, and I aim to give them the tools to do so.”

Linda Woulfe, Assistant Director of The Chaffee Center, echoed Chris’ goals: “The world is changing so quickly that it is sometimes hard for exporters to keep up, in my experience. Chris’ presentation will bring them up to speed on the digital world of marketing in order to help them stay competitive and ahead of the game against their global competitors.”

Registration for this highly informative two-hour session is $35. Register online at www.regonline.com/digitalmarketing2016 or call The Chafee Center for International Business at 401-232-6407.

Rhode Island small businesses may also be eligible to participant in STEP, a federal grant program that provides support to small businesses in order to help them increase their exports.  STEP participants may attend this event for free.

TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci Presents Market Smarter Workshop

PROVIDENCE, RI

TribalVision Founder and Managing Partner Chris Ciunci conducted a 90-minute Market Smarter workshop at the Providence Marriott on November 12th. The presentation, “10 Marketing Tips To Drive Top Line Growth,” offered practical tips for growing any business year over year for the 50 small business owners, CEOS, and executives in attendance.

Standard marketing tactics no longer suffice in today’s complex marketing landscape, and Ciunci offered an alternate definition of marketing for this new era. Marketing is now an inter-departmental task that encompasses all areas of a business. Marketing efforts should be judged based on business results, and every facet of a business affects the bottom line.

Instead of devoting time to one-off traditional tactics, marketers must pursue a holistic plan designed to grow the business. As detailed by Ciunci, marketers should be “in the trenches” at all times. They must understand every step in the consumer journey and every process in the company in order to streamline both and continually drive growth.

After redefining marketing, Ciunci provided actionable insights into how to immediately begin transforming a business. Opportunities discussed included; crafting an impactful marketing plan, developing quality assets, adding in the right marketing metrics, revamping a digital presence, and implementing marketing automation software.

Attendees across all industries left the presentation with both immediately applicable ideas and a new way of looking at marketing. One attendee interviewed commented, “I hadn’t previously thought of marketing as so all-encompassing. Chris’ presentation gave me some great new ideas that I can take back with me today and implement immediately at my organization.”

Ciunci was thrilled to hear the positive responsive to the Market Smarter workshop, saying, “Our mission at TribalVision is to help organizations grow, so I am always happy to see our learnings having an impact in the business community.”

Providence Business News Names TribalVision 2015 Most Innovative Company winner for Professional Services

8/24/15 PROVIDENCE – TribalVision has been selected by Providence Business News as the 2015 Most Innovative Company winner for the Professional Services category. Innovation winners from multiple industry categories were selected for having a new product or process that has had a significant impact on the marketplace and/or the enterprise. Some of the region’s most well respected companies have been recipients of this prestigious award.

TribalVision’s innovative marketing model extends back to Managing Partner Chris Ciunci’s days as a Chief Marketing Officer overseeing a multi-million dollar marketing budget. As the gatekeeper to such a large budget, Chris was approached daily by marketing firms and advertising agencies who wanted to assist him in spending a portion of his budget on the product or service they were selling. Ultimately, they seldom had his best interests in mind given their intentions of selling their firm’s marketing product(s) often trumped taking a more holistic, client-first approach.

Given this experience, Chris set out to change the marketing ecosystem between businesses looking for marketing help and the options available. Rather than embracing the same conflict-ridden model that Chris experienced on the client side, he decided to reshape the way business is done in the marketing arena for clients. What resulted is an ‘Interests-Aligned’ business model that breaks many of the conventional practices of serving clients.

“Being recognized with this award is a great testament to the power of our interests-aligned business model that places the client’s interests over our own. To see the business community react to this in such a powerful, demonstrative way is certainly gratifying” remarked Chris.

Partner Damien Cabral attributes TribalVision’s success to the passion the team members bring to TribalVision, “The key to our growing recognition is our top-notch team who strive every day to deliver superior marketing strategies and results to our clients.”

The awards ceremony will take place on September 17th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located in Warwick, Rhode Island.
