Providence Business News Names TribalVision a Rhode Island Best Place to Work for the Fourth Year

TribalVision has once again been selected as a winner of Providence Business News’ Rhode Island Best Places to Work competition. Competing in the Midsize Employer category for the first time, this is the fourth Best Places to Work recognition for TribalVision.

Companies competing for the award were judged based on confidential surveys of employees and management reports compiled by Best Companies Group. Surveys were extensive and covered the evaluation of employee treatment, benefits and policies, and work life satisfaction. Fifty two companies were named across four categories based on employee count; top honorees will be named in each size-category.PBN-awards-TribalVision-with-best-places-to-work

“I’m thrilled by the news,” says TribalVision Founder & CEO, Chris Ciunci. “We pride ourselves on being employee-centric, and we strive every day to ensure our teammates are engaged, challenged and supported. We have an amazing team that makes TribalVision what it is.”

TribalVision’s Co-Founder and Partner, Damien Cabral, states: “In our business, people are the product. Our team members create our culture, own the client relationships, and generate results for our clients. This award stands out as the most important we could possible receive because it comes as a result of our employee’s voices.”

The awards ceremony and dinner celebrating the Best Places to Work will take place on Thursday, June 14th at the Crowne Plaza Garden Pavilion in Warwick, RI. To learn more or register to attend, visit https://pbn.com/pbn-celebrates-best-places-to-work-2018/.
