TribalVision will be honored on June 21st at the Providence Business News Awards gala held at the Crowne Plaza Garden Pavilion in Warwick. Sixty finalists were named across four categories based on
employee count; top honorees will be named in each size-category.

Companies competing for the award completed an extensive evaluation of their employee treatment, benefits, and policies. They were required to submit a 70-question confidential survey probing all aspects of their work life and satisfaction. These factors were weighted and scored to select this year’s winners.

This is the second year that TribalVision has won PBN’s Top Places to Work award. Additionally, in August of 2015, TribalVision was awarded a finalist spot as one of Rhode Island’s Fastest Growing Businesses, another PBN award. “These awards really represent what we’re trying to achieve with TribalVision. TribalVision Founder and Managing Partner, Chris Ciunci, will host a “Marketing Yourself to the Government” workshop alongside Rhode Island PTAC at Quonset Point in North Kingstown, RI on Tuesday, May 23rd. The RI PTAC provides a variety of contracting technical assistance services to Rhode Island based businesses of all sizes to help them navigate the complexities of contracting with federal agencies, state purchasing departments, and local government municipalities. This government funded organization, operating as a Partner Program of CommerceRI, offers their services free of charge to Rhode Island businesses seeking assistance with any and all facets of government contracting.

The event was an educational opportunity for business leaders, government officials and academics interested in the direction of South Korea’s domestic digital marketing landscape. The event took place March 7th and 8th at the COEX in Gangnam-gu Seoul, South Korea.

The event focused specifically on reviewing the previous year’s marketing trends, methods, and practical applications, as well as on technological evolution such as artificial intelligence (AI). The event was also an opportunity for participants to network with Korean digital marketing professionals and experts.

As a professional session speaker, Dr. Im discussed combining inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to maximize marketing ROI, and referenced the results TribalVision is generating for its Korean clients by leveraging these marketing models. TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci was a featured speaker at Bryant University’s Fall 2016 International Professional Series Event, Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) Training. The fifth of six sessions spanning from October to November, the all-day event took place on November 1st at Bryant University’s Chafee Center for International Business.

Chris was asked to lead the Global Marketing seminar. Chris spoke on “Creating a Global Market Plan” for an hour and a half and specifically discussed how to leverage digital marketing tools and tactics to tap into the global markets. Topics discussed included; creating a global marketing plan, implementation recommendations and more. In addition to Chris, Danielle Pascoal of American Cord & Webbing and Pete Kaczmarek of Mearthane discussed “Practical Advice on Successful Global Marketing Strategies.”

The International Professional Series at Bryant University was an opportunity for participants to gain expertise and hands-on information for succeeding in the global marketplace. The knowledge and insight shared at this event is valuable for aspiring and current trade professionals. A variety of business professionals were chosen to speak and discuss relevant topics, providing a comprehensive look at international business. Participants were welcome to stay for all the seminars or selectively choose speakers based on their personal interests. Those that attended all six seminars received an International Professional Series certificate from Bryant University, which prepares participants for the Certified Global Business Professional exam and their resulting CGBP certification.

TribalVision Managing Partner Chris Ciunci recently served as a panelist for the Exit Planning Exchange’s The Power of Branding event held at Bryant University. The breakfast event was held on June 16th and was well attended, with 50+ business owners and advisers in the room all taking part in a lively discussion that extended past the allotted 2-hour time window.

The XPX event focused on how company branding, when done properly, can engage an internal workforce, distinguish a company in the marketplace and produce above average profits. Chris, alongside panelists Tim Hebert and Chuck Dillon, shared his insights on the definition of branding and its contribution to expanded valuation multiples when a business is packaged for sale. Moderated by Norm Gauthier, Managing Partner of Heritage Hill Partners, the event was interactive as numerous business professionals asked questions and sought insight on how to practically implement branding techniques within their organizations and for their customers.

During the event, Chris shared his experiences working with business owners who often overlooked the meaning and importance of a brand. As he commented at the event, “Many business owners think a brand is a logo or catchy tagline or brochure when actually those are just symbols of a brand. A brand transcends those materials and goes much deeper into the heartbeat of an organization.
